Klas d.d. Sarajevo, with a 115year old tradition (founded in 1902), is the leading BiH producer in the milling and bakery industry and among the leading producers of pasta, and confectionery products in BiH and the region. The Klas produces about 80,000 tons of food per year and employing about 960 workers.

The main goal of the firm is to produce quality, hygienically safe and safe food. The Klas achieves this goal by consistently applying the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and HALAL standards, and meeting the HACCP standards supported by global authorities such as the FAO (United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization) and WHO (World Health Organization).  

Every segment of the production process, from the procurement of raw materials through their storage, to the production and delivery of finished products, is conscientiously supervised by the top technologists and workers with many years of experience. The Klas invests about half a million KM each year in food safety, health and quality control.
