Klas d.d. implemented the project “The Old City Fairy Tale” in cooperation with the Association “Keepers of Tradition”, and with support of the municipality Old City and Tourist Community of the Sarajevo Canton. The Project started in December 2018 and lasted until the end of February 2019. During this period, people were able to use for free the skating rink located at the Trg Oslobođenja-Alija Izetbegović in Sarajevo. Over 10,000 people skated at this location, and there were also tourists from the region as well as from other countries in Europe and the world. Special programmes were organized on weekends: skating school for children and adults, disco night on ice, game of hockey, games on ice, etc. Particularly commendable was generous help of the fast skating national team of BiH who organized classes to teach skating to the members of Association for Support to People with Intellectual Disabilities “Oaza”.
